Excellent service from the staff.
The air conditioning blew directly on one bed, making it impossible to sleep comfortably with it on. We had to turn it off, but that left us cold in the room. It was really frustrating that such a basic comfort was overlooked.

The Alpaca Inn was a true gem, featuring wonderfully friendly staff and a cozy room with a lovely smell. Enjoyed relaxing on the table outside our room while taking in the fresh LAVA air.

My stay was enjoyable with comfy beds, though the TV options were limited.

The coffee situation could use an upgrade. a Keurig would've been nice instead of the basic pot provided. Satellite TV channels were limited, and the bed felt too firm for comfort during my stay. A sitting area in the room could have added to the overall experience, making it feel less cramped.

I loved the charming decor with baby alpaca motifs, the beautifully maintained gardens, and the easily accessible rooms. It felt very welcoming, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation.
More seating options in common areas would help seniors.

I had a lovely 3-night stay where I enjoyed the cozy one queen bed and the refreshing hot spring bath. The massage services were really relaxing and just what I needed after a long day. The only thing I wished for was a Keurig coffee maker instead of the standard pot, but that didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊
